🔙 7-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Used or activated mobile phones

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

  • Gift cards or promotional items

🔄 Refund Process

  1. Email us at haddi@electroempire.net within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return

  3. Our team will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item

  4. Once the product is inspected and approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method, or store credit will be issued (based on your preference)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, return shipping may be covered by us in select locations.

  • For unwanted returns (no fault found), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

📦 Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.
